Green Card Jobs provides a platform to search and sort publicly available job listings from government data files, such as those from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), focusing on U.S. jobs with green card sponsorship. Users can sign up for free to browse limited data and decide if they wish to purchase a subscription for full access. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the DOL.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
Use the site for lawful purposes only.
Not reproduce, distribute, or modify job data in a way that violates DOL guidelines or these ToS.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or misuse the site or its data.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free signup provides limited access to browse job data. Paid subscriptions (Express plan) grant full access. Subscription terms:

Pricing: Express plan options are $89 for 3 months access or $179 for 12 months access.
All Sales Final: All subscription purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds are available once payment is made, except as required by law.
No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. To continue access after your term (3 or 12 months), you must purchase a new subscription.
Payment: You will be charged the stated fee ($89 or $179) via your selected payment method upon purchase. By subscribing, you consent to this one-time charge.

5. Return and Refund Policy

At Green Card Jobs, we are committed to providing high-quality services that deliver value to our users. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle all concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

No Refunds for Services Rendered: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services have been rendered or access to subscription features has been provided.
Resolution of Concerns: We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction. If you believe an error has occurred (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact us.
No Cancellations: Subscriptions are non-cancelable during the term (3 or 12 months). Free browsing is available upon signup to help you decide if a purchase suits your needs.
Required by Law: Refunds will be issued if required by applicable law, including California consumer protection laws.

6. Data Source

Job listings are sourced from publicly available government data, including from the U.S. Department of Labor (Source: https://www.dol.gov). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this data, as it is provided "as is." Green Card Jobs is not affiliated with or endorsed by the DOL.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Card Jobs, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for:

Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in job listings or government data.
Outcomes of job applications or interactions with employers.
Site downtime, data loss, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use.

Use the site at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these ToS, with or without notice, at our discretion.
